Rescue 1122: Physical and medical of rescue 1122 Complete Information - Start to End in Urdu/English

Asslam-o-Alaikum & Welcome to “Learning With sMile” I am M.Adnan Bashir Today the who topic I discuss is Physical of Rescue 1122. I’m tried to discuss complete physical start to end. This Physical is Cover All Types of Candidates who’s apply in Rescue 1122 in any place on any seat Like, Computer Telephone Wireless Operator, Emergency Medical Technician, Fire Fighters or Drivers or more. All Candidates Physical is same. Let’s Start Step by Step.

Physical of Rescue 1122:

1.    Make Lines

In which 1^st step NTS workers make line of all kind of candidates separate by their profession CTWO candidates make separate line, Driver Make separate line, CMT candidates make separate line and Fire Fighters make separate line.

1^st of All physical is start by this type, 1^st Drivers, 2^nd CTWO, 3^rd CMT & 4^th Fire Fighters and then others in 5^th, 6^th, etc.

2.    Verification of Candidates

In which this step candidate called 50 and check their CNIC Card and NTS Physical Test Roll No Slip. Take Signature on three places and Allow a “C” No mean “Kit No” Like this “C-1”, “C-50” this kit is allow for Running.

3.    Running (دوڑ)

In which process all candidates who’s allow a kit no candidates wear it and ready for running and reach on running track.

In Running “Distance is 1600M or 1.6KM”, Time is “08 Minute”.

4.    Waiting For Slip

When you complete your running your slip is send for result after 1 hour roll no slip of those candidates whose pass or in other words Candidates who’s complete running within time slips are received.

5.     Measurement of Body

In which the measurement of body step candidates called in line for the measurement.

In which this step start more three different steps in categorization 1^st Measurement of Height, 2^nd Measurement of Chest, last and 3^rd Weight.

·        Measurement of Height

In which this step candidates go for measurement of height one by one and count the height candidates on their slip

·        Measurement of Chest

In which this Step measure Chest, Chest Size Require in Rescue 1122 is “33 Inch and Plus” who’s candidates their Chest Size Less than 33 Inch are reject immediately.

·        Weight Count

After the measurement of Chest next step is Weight Count Weight is not More than 70Kg otherwise reject.

6.    BMI Calculate

This Step is doing by NTS workers. NTS Worker calculates candidates BMI with BMI Calculator.

7.    Push Ups

After BMI Calculate step the next step is Push Ups in 1 Minute. In which this step start push up of 10, 10 candidates. Every candidate does 25 Push Ups in 60 second if any candidate not completes 25 push-ups one minute. Like do 23 or 24 Push Ups and not able to do more 2 or 1 then the candidate is reject for next steps.

8.    Sit Ups

After 25 Push Ups the next step is for Sit Up in 60 Second.

In which this step every candidate do 25 Sit up in 1 minute if any candidate not complete 25 sit ups one minute then rejected so keep it to 25 sit up.

After Push Ups & Sit Ups next steps are in medical.

9.    Eyesight

In which this Step checking eye Sight. Candidates make line and every candidate check his eye sight in which this step every candidate cover his one eye with roll no slip and tell No to Rescue Doctor and then cover 2^nd eye and tell number.

10.    Knock Knee & Flat Foot

After eye sight next step is for “Knock Knee & Flat Foot” now ups your trouser on your legs and show your legs and show foot Doctor Check your foot and legs and make result.

11.    Color Blind

After “knock knee and flat foot” test the next step and test is Color Blind Test in which this step ask you for looking a page in which this page show a circle in which have many litter circles who’s fill in different colors and in every little circle typed a Counting Number and tell the selected number for who’s Doctor asked.
